Returns & Exchanges

At HANSEN Garments, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Return

Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and state the reason for the return.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

Ship the Parcel

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
